Canada AM was great!

Yesterday was Mastermind's second of 2 national appearances on Canada AM, and it was a blast! Yesterday Jon demo'd some great toys for active play indoors on a rainy day, as well as some toys for camp and travel. The segment was a lot of fun and the results were great.

If you want to see either of Jon's two appearances check out the page that CTV set up for this on their site here.

Our backstage experiences were a lot of fun too... the cast and crew loved the toys and couldn't stop playing with them (I blogged about some of this in a previous post) The highlight of day 2 was the thunder of the Riverdance crew practicing their dancing in the studio next door to us... amazing. It's funny because the final product on TV always looks so polished and you don't realize the frenetic pace that goes into producing this sort of top-quality live TV. Behind the scenes at Canada AM really shows you how many people it takes to pull it off. I went with Jon for each appearance and on Thursday I was almost on national TV! Now, the reason I was almost on national TV is because I came about 2 millimeters from walking into a camera shot in one part of the studio. I think that would have affected the polish a bit; Seamus is reading the news and some random guy walks behind him. Great stuff.

Anyways it was a lot of fun, and you can check out all of the toys that we talked about here.
