The other day we were doing what we do best; playing with testing some new toys, when one of our colleagues said that the thing she loved best about Mastermind was that as a busy mother, we saved her a lot of time. She could run into the store, find any salesperson, and say “I need a gift for an 8 year old girl, who loves crafts/reading/science, (fill in your blank) for $25 or less.” She’d be given three suggestions, choose one and be out of there with a wrapped toy within her budget in less than 15 minutes.

If I may say so, we do pride ourselves on our great customer service.

So that got us to thinking: What if we took our great customer service to the internet?
