The game “Five in a Row”, or 3D5, takes the classic Tic-Tac-Toe and Connect Four to a whole new level, literally!! 3D5 has 5 different levels on which to play on. Although it has a very simple concept to learn, the extra FOUR levels really make you think (trust me)! In fact, there are over 100 possible ways you can win! The object is to be the first player (or team) to get 5 marbles in a straight line or row.

The twist to this game comes here. Not only do you have get 5 in a row, but you can get 5 in a row on FIVE DIFFERENT LEVELS! That means you can win on ONE level (horizontally), win on all FIVE levels (5 marbles stacked on top of each other) OR win on a diagonal through all 5 levels! Sound simple enough? Think again! Not only do you have to be on the lookout for ways you can win, but you have to watch your opponent try to win on 5 different levels.

The great part about this game board design (this is the part my Mom really liked), is that it is very easy to store. When you are done playing you can return all marbles to the base, which acts as marble storage, so you can keep it out of reach of a younger sibling, or your pesky dog that likes to eat everything! Then, you can collapse the board and screw it together so that it stays closed! This way, it can be stored anywhere and you don’t have to worry about a bulky box! The thing I really enjoyed about this game was the fact there are so many different ways to win, so it’s like playing a new game over and over!

This game is great for children (and parents!) 7+ and is good for 2-4 players. You can play one-on-one, or play as teams! Comes with playing board, storage and tongs to place the marbles on the board. “The funnest Tic-Tac-Toe game EVER!”
